These terms apply to text messages from The Domenico Team, operated by TODO LLC, a real estate team affiliated with Compass.
1. Program description
When you opt in on our website, you agree to receive text messages from The Domenico Team about your real estate inquiry. These include replies to your questions, appointment scheduling and reminders, property information and market updates.
2. Consent is optional
Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying, selling or using any service.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and activity.
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.
5. To opt out
Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
